Hello! I am kate haynes.

I have a master’s degree in Health Administration, am a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach. I grew up playing competitive soccer and then played collegiate soccer. Through soccer, I was able to learn a lot about fitness and weight lifting through my dad who taught me form in the basement with soup cans when I was 10 to other great trainers throughout my soccer career. While I had an amazing experience playing competitive/collegiate soccer, I’ve done so much research and learned SO MUCH MORE about weight lifting and training. My goal is to be able to help an individual at any level learn to love weight lifting and have a balanced healthy lifestyle. You don’t need to spend hours a day in the gym to feel and see the benefits! My goal is to teach you have to be consistent and effective while in the gym! It’s all about the healthy habits.

It all begins with creating healthy habits in your life. Through choices made in the kitchen to learning how to effectively lift. My programs help you learn how to be consistent, lift heavy, and love what you are doing.
