8 WEEK STRONGER ME Progam NOW AVAILABLE

My first ever weightlifting program is now available to all of you!! I have been programming my own workouts for years and finally decided it was time to create a program to share with everyone!

This program is as close as you can get to hiring a personal trainer without paying for a personal trainer. It includes videos of each exercise as well as form tip videos that walk you through the form of each exercise.

There are 8 weeks of lifting, 4 workouts a week. There are three major lift days which includes a full body- posterior chain, upper body push day, and a leg day. These are the primary days to focus on. The 4th workout is an optional follow along that is a lot of lifting but is time creating a little bit of a HIIT feel.

I wanted to keep the layout of the program simple, but easy to understand. The program will be on a pdf that you can download and keep forever. This program has three different versions: gym, home, and extremely modified. They are interchangeable for your busy schedule. You can use both the gym and home version and get the same workout every week.

Gym Version equipment needed:
Squat Rack
Barbell
Bench
Incline Bench
Dumbbells
Resistance Bands
Stability Ball
Cable Machine
*optional Pilates mini ball

Home Version equipment needed:
Dumbbells
Bench
*Incline Bench (can do the program without)
Resistance Bands


Extremely Modified Version equipment needed:
3 sets of different dumbbells (preferably light, medium, and heavy)
