This 8 week program is as close as you can get to hiring a personal trainer without paying for one. There are 8 weeks of lifting, 4 workouts a week. It includes videos of each exercise as well as form tip videos that walk you through the form of each exercise. There are three major lift days which include a full body- posterior chain, upper body, and leg day, as well as an additional weekly optional workout.

This program includes three different versions: gym, home, and extremely modified. They are interchangeable for your busy schedule.
